About Haven Shimmer Spray

Haven Shimmer Spray is a Brazilian lamination finishing spray that wraps every strand in a weightless, glossy film. Used as the final touch after a smoothing or recovery service — or on its own to refresh a style — it seals the cuticle, controls frizz, and delivers a high-shine, salon-quality finish. The result is instant polish that never weighs the hair down or flattens its natural movement and volume.

Its nourishing complex of coconut oil, macadamia oil, and Monoï de Tahiti extract coats each strand with a fine conditioning layer, while collagen helps smooth the surface and reflect light. Together they boost softness and manageability, neutralize roughness, and add an extra barrier against heat and daily environmental stress — so results from your previous service look polished and last longer between appointments.

How to use

Option 1 — Stand-alone finish

1. Cleanse the lengths thoroughly with a deep-cleansing shampoo, massaging gently in the direction of hair growth.
2. Towel-dry until about 20% moisture remains, then apply a generous, even amount of Haven Shimmer Spray section by section until each strand is fully saturated.
3. Leave on for 10 minutes.
4. Blow-dry until the hair is 100% dry.
5. Pass a straightening iron over each strand at 350–410°F, adjusting the number of passes to the hair type.

Option 2 — Combined with Cold Recovery

1. Wash thoroughly with either a clarifying shampoo or a sulfate-free repairing/nourishing shampoo, chosen according to the hair’s condition and damage level, to remove buildup and prepare the hair.
2. Blow-dry until the hair is about 20% dry (no dripping water).
3. Apply a thin, even coat of the Step 1 product across the hair.
4. Pass an infrared tool over each strand about 5 times for better penetration.
5. Let the product process for 10–20 minutes.
6. Do not rinse — leave the product in the hair.
7. Apply the Step 2 product and cover the hair with a heat cap.
8. Allow it to process for about 30 minutes.
9. Rinse thoroughly to remove all product.
10. Towel-dry until about 20% moisture remains, then apply a generous, even amount of the Shimmer Spray section by section until each strand is fully saturated.
11. Leave on for 10 minutes.
12. Blow-dry until the hair is 100% dry.
13. Pass a straightening iron over each strand at 350–410°F, adjusting the number of passes to the hair type.
