3% cashback — program terms

In short
  • 3% cashback on your product purchases (not on courses or sale items).
  • Available 14 days after the order is completed.
  • Used on naturalook.shop or in store, on products, taken off before taxes (not on courses).
  • The balance expires after 12 months without a purchase.

Effective October 15, 2026. Purchases made before this date do not earn cashback.

Who can join

Naturalook professional customers with a professional account on naturalook.shop (salons, professional hairstylists, Naturalook Academy students).

What you get

3% cashback on your product purchases, online at naturalook.shop and in our store (6140 Sherbrooke St West, Montreal). Cashback is calculated on the product price after discounts, before taxes and without shipping. In store, give your name or email at the register so the purchase is linked to your account.

What does not earn cashback

Naturalook Academy courses and course deposits, products sold at a sale price, and the part of an order paid with your cashback balance.

When it becomes available

14 days after the order is completed (shipped, picked up, or paid in store). Until then it shows as “pending” in your account.

How to use it

Online: at checkout on naturalook.shop, switch on “Use” under the subtotal. In store (6140 Sherbrooke St West): tell the cashier you want to use your cashback. The available amount is taken off the price of your products before taxes (“Cashback applied”) and shows on your receipt. It does not apply to courses, course deposits or gift cards, cannot exceed the price of the products in the order, and cannot be used with a payment by deposit or gift card.

Returns and cancellations

If an order is returned or cancelled, the cashback earned on it is taken back (or never credited if it was still pending). If you used your balance on an order that is returned or cancelled, it goes back to your balance, in proportion to the products returned. In store as online, cashback used on returned products goes back to your balance, in proportion; the money refund covers the amount you paid.

Expiry

The balance expires after 12 months without a purchase. We let you know in your account 30 days before. If you subscribed to our newsletter, you also get this warning by email, along with reminders about your balance (for example when cashback becomes available).

Other terms

The balance can only be used for product purchases on naturalook.shop and in our store; it is not refundable in cash or transferable. Naturalook may change or end the program with at least 30 days’ notice posted on this page; cashback already earned stays usable until it expires.
