Our Naturalook Hair Extensions are designed for professional use only. We strongly recommend that you seek a certified professional to ensure the proper application and longevity of our products. Additionally, please note that any issues related to hair quality, shedding, or slipping should be addressed with a certified hair extension specialist.

All sales of hair extensions, hair care products, and treatments are final. Please be aware that ALL Felps & Honma Tokyo products are strictly prohibited for resale and reserved for certified professionals only.

We regret that we are unable to offer exchanges or returns on any of our products. We take the security of your card information seriously and utilize SSL encryption to ensure it remains safe.

Delivery

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including delays caused by Covid-19. We advise that you do not book your client until you have received and checked the ordered goods.

Naturalook Hair Extensions will not be held responsible for any damages caused during or after the hair extension application process. All stylists and consumers agree to use our products at their own risk.

Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any losses arising from events beyond our control, or for any business losses, including the loss of profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, contracts, commercial opportunities, or goodwill.
